about 45 mins work over lunch today. Took ideas on board re. the windows in the roof. Also started added crap to the sink area toothbrush, paste ect...

What dyu guys think? New windows better? Any other comments?

small update from over lunch:

Managed to go some way to improving the white/creme issue by adding mrSkyPortals at the windows.

Added a towel rail too. I know the towel sucks it's only temp :-)

Anyone care to share the best way to texture a bath mat, so you get the shag pile effect?

Another 45 mins playing around today over lunch.

Started blocking in the sink, and wall tiles. Still need to work on the tile texture abit i think, getting odd noise when close up.

Over the past few weekends in preparation for spring I've been making a planter for our garden.

I'm actually quite surprised by my own skill :-)

Made from old pallets and pond lining. Now I just need to go dig up some soil to fill it.

After much debating I finally won, and got to put my new canvas prints up in the house :-)

After modeling some basic candles and soap dish and bars of soap today, i got board...

... So I started playing aroundwith materials. I know, I know model first, then texture, but i was board.

Some of the textures, im actually quite happy with, others i'm not.

Back to modeling tomorrow.

It's been a while since I updated my blog for many reasons.

Anyway, had a bit of time over lunch today to pick up my bathroom project. Still blocking out shapes really, started to some small details into the bath too.

Hi all,

So i'm taking a little breather from my Ford GT40 project. Fear not, I will be returning to it, just need a break from it to get some inspiration and hunger for max back with a different project.

I've decided to make a start on another interior for my portfolio, this time out I'm going for a bathroom.

About 35mins work over lunch today. So far just blocking out the room dimensions ect... plus trying to get a rough idea of lighting.
